Atomic Salon

I honestly used to haaaate getting my hair cut. Partly because I don't like making small talk and mainly because to get a good hair cut you got pay $$$. That changed when I went to Atomic. I've been getting my hair cut by Liz and she is freaking awesome. She's super cool and she's given me the best haircuts of my life. I've honestly stopped caring about having to spend money on a haircut because they're so good. I used to go as long as possible without a haircut but now I wouldn't mind going once a month.



The price isn't outrageous and you definitely get your money's worth. Go see Liz!

SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Have always enjoyed each visit there until recently, Joey decided to shut the water off by the end of the night. When I had a 6 o'clock appointment that lasted until 8:30. I still had to have my hair rinsed and couldn't because Joey decided to shut the water off throughout the salon without notifying my hair stylist. I had to leave that night with bleach and foils still in my hair! I wanted to speak with him the next day about the issue and he was "too busy." He couldn't speak to me up front and only offered a free shampoo/conditioner. Wow.... thanks! (not) COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT!!

I literally JUST got home from my hair appointment with Joey and absolutely had to jump on and give a review. If you have not been here, I seriously urge you to make an appointment. I'd never been here before, and only went because of a Gift Certificate I had.

Needless to say, They will see me again and again! Not only is it in a great location, but the service and attention to detail was on point, and the skill of the stylists were remarkable, and they are proficient in ALL types of hair (which I was initially worried about).

I told Joey that I didn't really know what I wanted but didn't want it too short and just something that fits my face. I was watching him, but I still don't know how he did what he did. I even compared Joey to Edward Scissorhands, because he was like an artist with my hair.



End Result - My hair has never looked better! I actually left feeling beautiful :D

Driven by a bazillion teims, saw the stylists outside on break, stopped by, looking for an updated look, was able to walk in, Mary Carr made my old head look young(er). Been back ever since, plan to keep on until I'm out of hair.
