Used to be a regular customer as well. My last pedicure was a total joke-no soaking time, and very little massaging. She finished in half the time that they used to take. When i mentioned it to the gentleman at the register, he just laughed. I will use up the rest of my gift certificate and won't be back.

I used to be a regular customer, but no more. Rude and impersonal customer service. One spends her time on her I-phone on personal calls while doing manicures and pedicures. Plus they rush you so they can get to the next customer. The place reeks of a toxic chemical odor and the floors are filthy. The walls are painted this awful dark gray, almost black with low lighting or ventilation.
