If you are having trouble with your tanning bed this is the man to call! We recently moved and could not get our bed to work. I called Ron he came out and within minutes had the problem solved. He told me what needed to be done and bam the bed works like a champ! He is reliable and rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call again. Thanks Ron!

This individual does not warranty his work or tanning beds. We tried to call this person and he would never call back when a tanning bed that he installed stopped working. We then sent someone to the address listed to try to contact him in person. The address is for a storage unit facility! . It's not even a real business address. Also, on his voicemail, he says, "We will get back to you." But he is a sole proprietor with no employees so who is the "we", his imagination?! He also insists on being paid in cash which leads me to believe he does not pay income taxes. Stay away from this person named "Ron." Do yourself a favor, and find someone else to service your tanning bed needs.

You can count on Ron to do what he says he's going to do. We just bought a used tanning bed from Ron. It's in excellent condition and runs and tans perfectly. He hauled away our old bed and made the process super easy. I highly recommend Ron for his excellent knowledge of tanning beds and his great service and fair prices.

Ron, the owner has not been at the New Bern Avenue location for over ten years. It is a RV dealership. Call Southern Sun Supply at 919-212-6263 and he will return your call very soon if he doesn't answer. He is a legitimate business and leases shop and storage space to operate his business at Security Self Storage at 3410 Middle Branch Rd., Raleigh, NC. The business seems to have went away from drawing customers to retail stores. We bought a 28 bulb ProSun Sapphire 2801 commercial tanning bed from Ron on April 19, 2011. He invited us out to view the beds that he had available and we selected the used ProSun I previously mentioned.

We got it at a great price and he delivered and set the unit up in our home after thoroughly testing every component. Ron has 25 years of experience in sales and service and is a dealer for Dr. Kern if you are looking for a new bed. He also offers sales, service, and parts for most any bed produced, both past and present. I highly recommend Ron and A Southern Sun Supply to anyone in central North Carolina who is in the market for a tanning bed, either privately or commercially. I called the guy, he had my bulbs I needed at a Cheaper Price. I met him in Raleigh and Picked up the bulbs. They work Perfect!!

If you call the number it goes to a "Tanning Bed Hotline" answering machine. Plus, the address is really for an RV Dealership. Simply put, they don't exsist.
