        Overall

        This is the BEST beauty supply store in the Raleigh area. The owners are very nice, helpful and courteous to all of their patrons. The owners don't have a problem with the customers handling the merchandise (I.e..wigs, apparel). They (owners) don't watch or follow you around, as if you're trying to steal something. I live in Knightdale and I pass up several black beauty supply stores in my area and drive to Black & Beauty Supply store on Poole road for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! keep up the good service.
