This man follows this lady to her HOME because he feels like she cut him off, proceeds to call her a vile name and then has the audacity to say she entitled. Blatant racist caught on camera. Couldn’t and wouldn’t trust him to come into my home with those attitudes.

The owner of this business was caught on camera following a civilian home and calling them a racial slur in his company vehicle! As representative of a company that offers services to the general public, that sort of behavior and use of language is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This individual is clearly unfit to continue offering refrigeration and heating services. Avoid this company at all costs. He has also remained completely unremorseful and unapologetic for his actions.
