Clearly, the racist and unprofessional owner of this company has the IQ of a cockroach. Who would follow someone to their home in order to call them a racial slur, no less in a van with the name of his business plastered on the side, with a camera pointed at him. His racist antics aside, I wouldn't want someone this ridiculously stupid touching my gas furnace.

The owner follows people from the interstate to their house just to call them the n-word. He gets caught and thinks that he serves the black community by overcharging them on fixing furnaces and refilling freon.

Jeff Whitman (owner) has, at least on one occasion, stalked a man to his home to call him the N word repeatedly, and interrogate him about his finances and his ability to afford his car because of his race.
