Chicken Express

My name is Jesse and I work in Portland. This is the second time that I order from chicken express and I am told 5 minutes. I wait in line for a couple and at the window I am told 10 minutes. I close my store down to get lunch. I can not be closed this long. The manager came to the window and basically said all she could do was have me wait and that it was too cold to keep the window open. The wink and smile I could have done without. I understand that I am just one person and will have little to no influence. I have never and will never treat my customers as I was treated. The "too bad" attitude blew my mind.
