IHOP

Food was sent back twice and still wrong, when asked to speak to a Manager was told none available. Eventually Jess (Manager) came out, was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money on this establishment. Picture is the second chicken sandwich that was brought to us, still burnt and soggy.

The wait is average but by the time you get your food at least 30-40 minutes. Forget about ordering to go, they tell you 10 minutes and I'm still waiting and it's been 40 minutes

Smelled and felt dirty. Wait staff looked like they had not bathed in weeks. Food disgusting and service awful!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was an awful dirty mop water smell. Several customers noticed it and mentioned that it always smelled sour. Ruined my appetite.

Don't waste your money! I've been to a LOT of IHOPs. This is the first one that didn't serve Eggs Benedict. The milk was spoilt!! They told me it wasn't spoilt. It was 2% and I wasn't used to it. I told them I always drink 2% milk. What I wasn't used to was being served spoilt milk at IHOP.Then I was served what looked like a wheat waffle, which I thought was unusual, but I wasn't averse to trying it. It wasn't a wheat waffle. It was a burnt waffle. The waiter carefully wrote the order down, read it over to us to make sure he got it right, then brought half of us the wrong food. THAT was what I had been waiting so long for??? What a waste of a LOT of money!!!

expect good service only if Amy or Deserie are working. I will trun around and walk out from now on if they are off. waited 10 min for a refill on my drink. if you like dark brown crunchy waffels then this is your place.

waffles were phenomenal and i have also been enjoying their new 7 for 7 menu
