It has been the worst experience. They were dishonest about their pricing and about what you get included with the quoted cost of service. They nearly doubled my bill. I refused to pay, and only agreed to pay for quoted amount.This is fraud. They will not return my lawnmower and have informed me they intend to sell it. Theft and dealing in stolen property? Nice place.Owner expressed humor that my lawn would be really tall if I didn't pay up. Additionally, I received no documents, paperwork, copies, etc.. of anything from them when dropping off my property. When I requested this paperwork when disputing the cost the owner refused. When I agreed to pay their ransom by credit card they refused citing my right to dispute the charge. They told me they will only accept cash from me even though they accept credit cards from other customers.No documents provided? My bill almost doubled? Cash only? They will sell my mower? This is a scam.I have been cutting my elderly moms grass for years. Now her lawn is a foot high in some places as is mine. I might have to hire a lawn service to cut our lawns and pass the cost to them in court. Trying the BBB first.Run the other way! Go somewhere else! Don't buy a used mower there either. It could be stolen from a customer.

I lent my lawnmower to an ex-friend who managed to break it and lose half the bolts as well.So I went to repair it, figured out which parts were busted, and came to A & Z mowers to get the parts.Had everything I needed and I was on my way in minutes.When I got home I realized that the missing bolts were indeed important (as I cranked the mower to realize the whole thing shifted apart). Called them back and asked if they had some bolts I could buy, and they asked me to bring the mower in to make sure they fit.Got me the bolts I needed and didn't even charge me.Super nice guys! Worthy of repeat business!

I had a CC that had two months left on the warranty and took it directly to the dealer to repair and service. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and I look forward to working with them in the future! I give them a 5+

had my Walker repaired about 2 yrs ago , fast & friendly ,top notch , dropping my J Deere off ( spare mower) tomorrow 23 Jan 14 , expect the same workmanship , have no doubt . Joe B

Took my push mower there over a week ago to be looked at. No one has bothered to call. I finally called after a week and no word. Left message on the phone Friday, Saturday and Monday. NO RETURN CALL!!! Not a way to do business.

Terrible !!! My lawn tractor went in for repairs --- and has NEVER run right since. When I called and told them about it, they DID come back to pick it up and correct the poor workmanship, but it has still never been right. The owner seemed to be well intentioned, but his mechanics leave a lot to be desired !!!
