Hi, I had my car worked on by you and got it back on 8/19/2015. It was the Buick Century that needed a core plug replaced. I brought my car in for a leak and I got it back with a leak. The hose clamps were not tightened down. The cooling system was never bleed. The Valve cover vent that runs from the back of the engine with a press friction fit to the air intake was not reconnected and was touching the engine burning. Not only was it not connected, but it was stuck down the side of the engine to look like it was connected. It plugs in under the coil pack... I spent an hour at work in the parking lot running the heat and bleeding the engine. It was so full of air that the temperature was fluctuating from under half to over half while I drove. This was very far from a professional job and I wish it had gone better. I brought my car to you because I didn't have the time to mess with it, but I needed it fixed. Your company came highly recommended not only by my brother, but also from a long time friend who has used you for years. I really expected better from you.

After spending nearly $400 on AC repair service and paying my bill in full, I received a call the following Monday saying that I had an outstanding balance of $32 for an oil change. I had requested an oil change along with the service, but assumed they had forgotten about it since it was not on my bill and the oil change sticker in my car had not been changed.



I ended up paying the balance, but I was put off by the approach. If someone spends a good amount on a service with the potential for more (my car is an import with over 100,000 miles), you don’t call them and ask them for credit card information over a relatively nominal fee when you are in error. Now, instead of going back and recommending them to others, I will instead take my business and personal recommendations elsewhere.

My experience with Jerry and his crew was extraordinary. They were fantasric, they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Love them for what they have done for me. My situation was complicated but Jerry and his stuff did everything to make my car run again.
