Tire Kingdom

The folks here, especially Anthony but really all of them, are AWESOME, HONEST EXPERTS. They have serviced my car well when other places ripped me off. They were fixing my air conditioning in my car (now works beyond beautifully!) when they noticed my axle was dangerously messed up. I had told them we were going on a road trip, so they alerted me and fixed that for reasonable price so we would be safe. They had to stay late to finish it for us. I am a Tire Kingdom customer for life!! Thanks guys!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! They damaged my vehicle and the manager would not take responsibility. My experience was identical to the other negative reviews of this place and I wish I had read them before going there. Lesson learned.

This location's store manager is Ron M. he has LIED and CHEATED employees and shoppers! He will charge you for parts or sevices that they never install or did and bill you for work not completed and then lie about it when confronted. They will ask a Tire Tech to do something to makes it seem that they did what you are charged you for. Ron will talk nice and so educated about everything at first then turn into jerk when you come to pick up your car/truck. Rude, incompetent, neglectful, shady, unreliable, and deceptive are just a few of the descriptions I'd use to label this location... I seen this tonight first hand when Ron lied to a lady and told a tech to take care of it, she damn sure knew it was not on the up and up and asked the tech for the names and phone number to report the manager to the corp. office, Its time for this store to get better management to care for the employees and shoppers.....I have other things to say but I'm saving them to tell the corp office myself...

DO NOT take your car to this place. This place does not know how to fix cars. I took the car in because of suspension problems and after 2000 bucks they never fixed the problem!! The manager, Ron, is rude and disrespectful. The other guy Vince has the used-car salesman attitude. Do NOT trust this place.
