Based in Anthem, Ariz., it offers an array of services, such as physical therapy, aquatic therapy, health memberships, training/conditioning, massage and orthotics. The center provides several amenities that includes four private treatment rooms, standard and recumbant bikes, treadmill, elliptical cycle, upper body urgometer, video analysis capabilities and cybex upper extremity/lower extremity strengthening stations.
