I was thrown from a horse several years ago and was in a bad bad way. I knew my back and neck were injured and my family wanted me to go to the ER. I did and they really just gave me pain pills and sent me home. i got so loopy on the pills I didn't feel anything and just wanted to sleep all the time. After awhile the pills just stopped helping and i didn't want to keep taking them as i was afraid i would get hooked or something but most of all they just made me sleepy. I thought maybe i should go to a Chiropractor but didn't know of anyone. My friend Ginger told me about Dr Quackenbush in Anthem. I said really Dr QUACKENBUSH. Well Ginger actually went with me to my appointment I was so afraid of going.



Dr Q as they refer to him at the office really put me at ease because of how thorough he was, he asked me about the accident and was particularly interested in what my body went through when i hit the ground. He asked me how things had changed in the 2 years since my accident and what I thought was wrong! he did a lot of tests of my spine and muscles. He scanned my spine and muscles with an electronic device and took a fresh set of x rays. Then he told me he did not know if he could help me or even if he could accept me for care! He wanted to look at the x rays and asked me to come back the next day.



When I returned i was relieved that he could help and he explained to me what was wrong with my back and neck. The scans were very helpful in understanding how the injury was affecting my whole being. That was a relief because I thought I was going to have to live with the pain for the rest of my life.



I am about half way through my treatment program and haven't felt this good in years!! I would recommend Dr Quackenbush to all my friends and family.
