It was wonderful. We went as part of the buy one/get one Black Friday special. We had our vehicles already picked out and had taken the extra measure of getting pre-approved to speed up the process so that we could claim the free car of our choice. Everything went smoothly and we were out of there within 2 hours with both vehicles, including the completely free second vehicle. Both cars are absolutely amazing and the customer service only got better when we received a call two days later asking us to come back in to re-sign as courtesy Chevrolet had continued to shop around our application and had gotten us a lower interest rate by 6%. We couldn't have been more thrilled.

I had an appointment for standard maintenance on my Cobalt. I had been looking and then was introduced to Mark. Besides being at the dealership from 9:45AM until 5:30PM, Mark Cunningham was great.

Everyone was extremely courteous as the name implies. Hats off to our sales associate, Russ and Lucy in finance, Benny in parts, Jessica for explaining the incredible mylink system with nav, and Mike the sales mgr for single handedly saving the sale when a misunderstanding on the nav system came up, he found another vehicle equipped the way we wanted in Tucson and got it here the same day. We will be back in the future because of him and our sales associate Jim.

Returned leased 2012 Chevy Volt (processed in by Dana Batchan). Tested and evaluated 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT and came to terms on new 39-month lease (handled entirely by Dana Batchan). Dana was exceptionally well-versed on vehicle's features and comparisons to other models in the Impala line. Called in advance to state what I was looking for and Dana had already selected the vehicle from stock. Dana did a very fine job throughout the process.
