Teeth Cleaning

Veneers
This patient was born with teeth that were too small for his jaw size, with resulting gaps between his teeth. We placed 14 veneers to close all of the spaces and to improve the color, shape, and size of his teeth.
Crowns
This patient fell while riding her bike. The traumatized teeth required root canals and then we placed crowns on 3 teeth.

Dentures
The patient had an old patial denture with cavities on his 4 remaining maxillary teeth. We placed 3 crowns and made him a new partial denture with internal clasps (precision attachments) that fit into the crowns so he would not have to show clasps.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Group Practice, the Philadelphia County Dental Society and the Northeast Implant Study Group.

Dr. Samantha Pirok recieved her D.M.D from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry with a Summa Cum Laude distinction and recieved a B.S. degree with honors in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University. During dental school she provided dental treatment to the residents of North Philadelphia and traveled to Jamaica to provide free dental care to the underserved community of Negril. Immediately following graduation, she completed a one year general practice residency at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY where she gained additional experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, oral surgery and pediatric dentistry. She remains committed to the advancement of her clinical knowledge through the completion of continuing education courses. Samantha is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Pennsylvania Dental Association.

Invisalign Orthodontics
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Philadelphia County Dental Society, and American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Pasierb enjoys keeping up with advances in dentistry through Continuing Education (CE) courses in order to better serve his patients. He has most recently completed intensive CE for Implant Dentistry, Invisalign and Restorative Dentistry.

Cosmetic Dentistry
A purely cosmetic procedure is one that is performed without a medical reason, solely to improve a patient’s appearance. Through cosmetic dentistry, we are able to redesign the functional aspects of the teeth so that they have a unified, uniform, natural look. We achieve this by using special non-metal materials, such as porcelain or composites, which allow for a more natural looking smile.
General Dentistry
Dr. Pirok received his D.D.S. from the University of Illinois School of Dental Medicine. His undergraduate studies leading to a B.S. in Physics were also at the University of Illinois. He completed a residency in general dentistry at Rush Presbyterian Medical School.
