        Overall
        Change of Staff every 6 months or so

        No consistency when it comes to staffing. Staff changes at the drop of a dime.

        Co-ordinators/therapists are routinely hired and fired.

        If you are elderly and attend EWP everyday, seems to us that you

        would want consistency when it comes to the staff.
