Founded in 1932, Caring People Alliance is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the United Way. The parent organization specializes in serving children, youth and families in various issues. Caring People Alliance serves individuals and families through several community centers. Its community centers also include R.W. Brown Community Center in North Central Philadelphia, Fels South Philadelphia Community Center and West Philadelphia Community Center. The parent organization also offers a variety of clinical programs and services.

        Notably good service experience except for letters not being sent out on time

        Other than the letters for redetermination not being sent out on time I don't have any other complaints. The workers are friendly and helpful. Ex. letter dated for 3/15/05 received on 5/1/05 and the deadline is 4/27/05, if the letter is dated for 3/15/05 the letter should be received within 5 days. That way there is enough time to get any paper work together.
