Giving 1 star right now because I am not satisfied until they can honor their own word/contract. If they do honor thier contract with me, then I'll give the other 4 stars & re-tract my statement here. As of right now not only are they not following through with thier own promise/word & written contract with me, they also aren't following thier own advertisment that says "Pensacola FL. customers choose at First Choice Automotive because we are committed to leaving you 100% satisfied with your purchase." As of right now I'm Waiting on the fence here after financing a decent looking/driving suv. In the contract I signed they wrote a small list of problems that they will fix. After 3 attempts, their mechanic was still unable to fix one of the issues that I was assured & re-assured would be fixed & taken care of. Not only does he seem inexperienced but he also closed the hood of my vehicle with his elbow several times leaving a Several ugly dents as I watched & cringed. Several different times. Now After repeated attempts to call/txt to say the problem hasn't been fixed, now it seems I'm on their "hit the ignore button or do not call back list" I was even promised today that I would be called back & still haven't been.... Who is the owner here? I'd like to see if he can adresss my concers & fix this issue for me....

We had a few problems with one dealer on the 5500 W. St. lot,but the owner worked everything out for us and left us with owning a very nice car. I would love to get another car from him in the future. They are very down to earth and will do whatever it takes to earn you as a customer.

I don't understand how this place is getting any non positive reviews. I bought a 13 Mustang a couple weeks ago from here and I was charged way below retail for a low milage vehicle with warranty and my salesman Will Landry was very professional and was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I was interested in. I'm a firefighter now and a reservist and recommend First Choice to anyone. Just ask for Will and say Angelo sent you.

first time buying a car there i bought a car for a great deal i told my friend and she went up there and bought a car also first choice is the best

This dealership made making a large purchase easy! When I pulled up the salesman greeted me, answered all my questions and was very patient while I made my decision. Also, the children's play area is great for the kids! I will recommend this dealership to everyone!

this is the only dealership in town where the owner works 6 days a week and is going to make a customer happy. I know as I have bought my last 6 cars from here! best price for quality vehicles ! thanks for a great deal.

i had been shopping all day and finally found a dealership who met my needs! the owner which is on site showed me my options and even gave me a warranty for free! the price was thousands below retail , my nieghbor bought the exact same car at frontier motors and spent 4000 more! thanks guys
