        Had a terrible experience with this place. The other one review on here is from their own worker. Problems from the time we drove off the lot. They let the car go off the lot with a stripped lugnut, a cap missing from the radiator reservoir (which now after doing some reading I found is a way to keep us from knowing it had a blown head gasket) and they had left the engine prop stick just laying on top of the engine as it had came off from a previous wreck (which the Carfax they showed us had a clean bill, so don't know if it hadn't been reported or if they doctor up the report as I have heard it can be done now). They took the car back twice and the last time made us pay half. I put a review on FB the day before we were to pick it up and they called (about the only time they called)and said they refused to pay their half unless I took down review. I took it down, picked up car and put back on. They have deleted my review on FB and now taken off all their reviews .AVOID THIS PLACE!

        This is not a review of their auto service but of their attitude. I take great pride in having served for my country and I have respect for our country's flag. On display at the Pensacola dealership, there are approx 15 flags out of which about half are very torn and one has slid to half mast. I respectfully asked them to take the torn flags down until they can be replaced. I was told that they cost too much and to go get a job. Good to know that they are using the American flag as an advertising device.

        worst car shopping experience ever. Talked with 2 different sales people and both refused to listen when I said I could only afford X number of dollars and would not be financing with the dealership. They only showed cars double my price and pretended like I would be financing with them even when I said I wasn't. I understand this is what they do, but found the whole process to be a waste of time. One sales person even said I looked like I could use help building my credit. I will not be buying a car from them.
