D S Sales

We received compressor parts from DS Sales in March 2008. When the invoice came we paid it. A month later another invoice came so I contacted the company. They first payment must have been lost in the mail so I sent them another one. A month later I get a third invoice. I tried to contact the company twice about this but never heard a response. On the third try I got the owner. I explained the situation and told them that it sounded fishy to me that my checks got lost twice. The owner would not listen to my side of the story and immediately insulted me by calling me a liar and deadbeat. I wanted this resolved so I sent my wife to pay him personally. She also tried to explain that we were doing all the work to make sure DS Sales got paid. The owner began getting cross with her too by insinuating she was a liar and an idiot. I will never do business with such a brazen and heartless company again. I have never worked to hard to pay a bill.
