Beware!



While they have a good warranty on their work, you will need it because the majority of my repairs have required 1-2 follow up visits fix their previous work. Sometimes the part will fail or it wasn't put back together properly and leaks all over my driveway. A few issues have taken 2-3 visits to properly diagnose the problem, each costing me more time and money.



They have high part mark ups and charge high labor rates. I was charged an hour of labor to install a fuel filter that takes less than 5 minutes. Another hour for a serpentine belt. At $95/hr that adds up in a hurry. Don't take my word for it, search the napa part numbers on your invoice and you will see 30-300% markup on items.



They advertise "Free Loaner Cars". This is false, they charge you for their loaner cars which are all about to fall apart.



They upsell everything and charge you high prices for oil/lub additives that your vehicle manufacture doesn't recommend.



Put it this way, I have been there so many times (not for normal maintenance mind you) that they all know me by name.

After taking my car to another shop four time for the same problem. I went to kellers and told them everything I had been through with this problem. They didn't charge me to look at it and called me back with an estimate on a differant issue, then I had been told before. I told them to go ahead and do it. Now my car drives like it did when I bought it. I will go no were else from now on.

Thank you for the great service on my Durango! The noise is gone and it drives like new! Customer service was great and they let me use a coupon for 50.00 off my repair. Great job, I will always take my cars to you guys.

I had my truck repaired at Keller's and they treated me exceptionally and gave me a great deal as well. I won't go anywhere else!

I took my car to Keller Pro Auto service and was taken. I was referred by a friend whose dad works there. He gave me a new blower motor for my heater/air conditioning. It was $567.00 total including a "new" motor to fix!!! After two and a half years the motor is once again out. I called these losers and they pretty much said too bad and told me I'd pay the same amount again to fix it. They wouldn't stand behind their work. I of course have taken it elsewhere to Sundance Automotive in Lakewood and the total to have a new blower motor plus a blower motor resistance box adhered and the air conditioning charged is $385.00!! The people are Keller Pro Auto are non-trustworthy. Real nice guys to rip off a single woman!

I suggest calling Sundance Automotive in Lakewood at 303-445-8869. They have been very professional and honest with me. It's definitely worth the drive to Lakewood!!

I took my car for service to another shop in parker and they recommended $750 worth of work. I then took it into Keller's and they repaired the problem for $65. Thanks guys its to deal with an honest shop. I love the 5 year 50,000 mile warranty.

I took in my car and they repaired it at a fair price and were very professional.

I have been to Keller's twice. Both experiences have been excellent. On the latest visit, I brough my car in because the check engine light was on. Turns out the catalytic converter most likely needs to be replaced. He didn't charge me for this information because he believes it is still under warrantee and told me to take it to the dealer. The out of pocket cost if it is not covered under warrantee is about $1100.

I have gone to Keller's for six or seven years now. I have always had a very good and professional experience. Thier warranty is out standing. I have gotten very high milage out of my vehicles since I have been going to them. I have a 1994 GMC Suburban that has 275,000 on it, and I have never put any major engine work into it. Any problems with any of the work they do they have always been honest about it and covered the tow and the repair.I highly recommend them to everyone I know. My whole family goes there, my parents, inlaws,kids, and friends. Evryone that I have recommended has been very happy and will not go any where else.

My name is Bob. I took my truck to Kellers for an oil change. After I received it they told me I needed a lot of work done on my truck. They recommended almost $1300.00 worth of repairs. I told them no and got a second opinion at another shop in Parker. The other shop checked my truck out, told me I was not only low on oil that Kellers just did but I only needed $178.00 worth of work. So much for professionalism by Kellers.

The reason why they have a $7.99 oil change is so they can upsell on the costly items. Gas prices and oil have gone up. How do you think they make their money. Their sales team at the counter are only that, Sales. They are not knowledgable about cars but are good at selling! Stay Far Away!

There employee's are pushed to upsell. You will be told that your car need a tranny flush, brake flush, cooling system flush. Performing flushes is a quick easy way to make cash and you don't have to worry about a bad repair... Sad place.
