Clean friendly great variety of equipment very experienced trainers

Facility is basically great other than the mold around the hot tub. My issue was with the staff, very unfriendly front desk employees but that's no surprise - the personal trainers however should be held to a higher standard with the way they treat guests. I went in for my free training session and at the end found out it was around 150$ a month to add on to my membership. I am a college student with only enough time to work 2 shifts a week and barely make enough to get by and eat and the trainer was very rude and kept manipulatively saying "okay well call me when you get serious about your fitness" repeatedly. I explained that even if I stopped having 4 coffees a week (woopeedoo) that my living situation foesnt enable me to eat any cheaper or cut back anywhere else. He insisted that im not serious about my health because I am not willing to cut out all the things I need to get by on day to day life in order fork out an extra 150$ On top of the 30$ a month i (see next review)

They will revoke your membership for little or no reason and keep your money - even if you paid way up front. When asked what happened, they'll tell you to speak to corporate (which won't respond either). Complete rip-off
