Frey Water Systems Inc

I've used this company for almost ten years. I give them two stars only because their service USED TO BE exceptional. The company must have been bought out in the last year or 2 because the office staff is different and they have a new tech who comes out to the house. I have had the tech out to my house FOUR TIMES in the last few months because of rusty water getting into the house. He comes here for about 10 minutes and makes some kind of quick fix and is on his way. A week later I have rusty water again. The last time I called their tech tried to troubleshoot it over the phone rather than come out. I am giving them one last chance to fix this before I call another company. Save time, save your money and call someone else.
