Dr. Boyce Andrew Hornberger, MD

I was sent here due to many sinus infections. I had allergy testing which all came back negative. This is impossible because I have had other allergy tests and know I am allergic to certain things. Then my insurance did not cover it which they did not tell me until AFTER my appointment. My bill was around $500. I tried to cut a deal but they refused. The only way I could pay that crazy amount of money was in payments. After about 4 payments, I started receiving debt collection letters so I called Dr. Hornbergers office. The receptionist said it was their mistake and it would not happen again. When I tried to make my next payment, a different receptionist answered the phone. She was very rude and insisted they had sent my bill to the debt collectors even though the last time I talked to them they had made this mistake. Now I am forced to deal with this debt collection agency even though they agreed to let me make payments. Over all, my experience with this office was terrible and I hope this did not happen to other people.
