The process was super simple and they were willing to work with me as I was unexpectedly told I was having a C-Section and I did not have the package. The package arrived in record time and we were able to collect all of the samples they needed. We called the toll free number and again, great service and they picked up the package very quickly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My Cyrocell representative is Justin and he is absolutely the best! He is amazing and extremely knowledgable. So friendly and very outgoing and pleasant to talk to on the phone. My first son was two months early and I did not have my kit yet. I called him and told him what was going on and he personally made sure that I got it in time. Tracked it for me and called to give me updates on its progress. He truly believes in his work.

Very great Company. With my first baby I was more than nervous and didn't have to worry about my son's stem cell storage at all. Cryo-Cell covered everything. They were a real pleasure to deal with and the customer satisfaction was excellant. They sent the package that I needed to take to the hospital way in advance. I had no worries at all with this company and everything went smooth. Definetley would recomend.

My experience with Cryocell was so smooth and I couldn't have asked for anything better! The paperwork was easy and they explained the whole process clearly to me over the phone. After my kit came in, all I had to do was sign the contract and bring it with me and the nurses handled it from there.

We were very happy with Cryo-Cell. We used them for our daughter in 2011 and just used them again for our son and we were very pleased with the changes in pickup particularly!

My transaction was very easy; they were very helpful and responded to every question I had in a timely manner.

The only place that could improve is their chat services, but then again is hard to communicate when you are not in person.
