Hospice of Florida offers a host of services: Home care lets patient stay in their own homes or the homes of relatives or friends; Nursing home care is offered through partnerships with local nursing homes; Hospice homes are offered in Woodside, a community supported hospice house, which provides around the clock hare in a home like setting for patients who are unable to remain in other living arrangements; Hospital care focuses on smooth transitions between the hospital and other care settings.
