Our office was contact today by one of wonderful customers. He informed us that there are several reviews that he felt we should take a look at. Well, we would like to write in response to the reviews.



Stealing from the elderly:

Superior Exterior puts everything in writing. How would it be a contract if not in writing? How would we agree to a firm amount for the job? This is false information. Superior Exterior has NEVER asked an insurance company to put checks in our company name. The insurance providers do not do this. This is for the protection of the homeowner. Again that is false information. This person states that we ask for a 15% cancellation fee. We do ask for a 15% cancellation fee and this is written rite into the contract. Its not a secret. We are protecting our interest in the project. Normally if someone would like to cancel we have no problem with that. We simply ask that you submit your request in writing and all parties walk away. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our company.



Fraud:

This person states that we do estimates that are far above anyone else. This again is false information. Superior Exterior works for insurance proceeds. What ever the insurance company states should be repaired or replaced is what we do. And we do the work for cost the insurance company states. We do not charge anymore or any less. This pricing is at industry standard. So we do not even give estimates. Again Superior Exterior is sorry that you are not satisfied or maybe you misunderstood how we work. Fraud Alert:

You state that your contractor contacted our office? Why would another contractor call us and give away their work to us? Very interesting. Then you state that we went into your contractors office with a note stating you want us to do your work!?? I have never heard of such a thing. And why wouldn't you call our office to let upper management know that this had happened? You also state that you contacted the BBB and police. Superior Exterior has never received any such paperwork from the BBB. We would be asked to respond to your compliant. And upper management would have contacted you immediately. We have never heard from any correctional department either. Superior Exterior prides its self on excellent customer service. Please contact our office so that we may discuss this incident.



Beware:

You state that Superior Exterior charges extra for helping customers submit for a reinspect. This is false information. Superior Exterior provides the service of getting everything you are entitled to. We do not charge you anything for the service. We offer free roof inspections. If you are denied we go to work for you to get the roof bought. There are not fees tagged to this. If you do not get approved all parties walk away owning nothing to each other. We do prey on people who can not afford repairs! We work directly for insurance proceeds. If the insurance doesn't pay the homeowner we walk away. There are not any cancellation fees, or anything. We offer to work with you when the next storm season comes. Superior Exterior apologizes for the miss understanding. And if there is anything we can do for you please contact our office.



Superior Exterior understands that there are going to be people who feel that they have had a bad experience. However we strive to do the best we can foe each and everyone of our clients. I know that there are people you will never please NO MATTER what we do. I can tell you this, we have 1000's of satisfied customers. I will encourage more customers to post positive reviews. I also understand that unsatisfied people are often the ones who usually post. So we thank everyone for their time in letting us respond to this. Superior Exterior is an outstanding company! They have taken care of me, my family and neighbors. Superior Exterior had replaced my roof in March of 2010. We then had bad Hail storms again in May. I called Superior Exterior to come and give me a FREE roof inspection. They came out the following day, and I did have Hail damage. Superior Exterior helped me file my New claim. The insurance company paid to have my roof replaced again, even though it had just been replaced three months earlier. Superior Exterior took care of everything for me. They replaced the roof in one day, and had everything cleaned up to perfection. My neighbors and family have also used Superior Exterior. Everyone of us had a wonderful experience. Not only that, but for every referral I gave to Superior Exterior they paid ME $100. So I made money getting my roof done. I will be using Superior Exterior for ALL of my future needs. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NASTY NASTY BUSINESS PEOPLE. They will not put anything in writing and they want the ins co to make the check out to them. and they tell u they will take u to court and charge u a 15% cancelation fee. The paper that u sign is a Agreement and it has to be insurance company approved so it is not a contract. Subtract 10 stars

A representative from Superior Exterior came out and offered free estimate. After looking at roof he offered to call my insurance company. He handed me a contract to sign and I said I couldn't sign anything until I talked to my husband. He assured me that this was only granting permission to talk to insurance company. I decided to go with another roofer because this company kept hounding me. They would call me 2-3 times a day. Now I get a notice that I own them over a thousand dollars for cancelling contract. On my contract there is no kind of terms or number amount. All of that was left blank. I called them and they told me that I signed it so I am bound. I don't even know what their estimate was. VERY VERY DECEITFUL PRACTICE. I am notifying BBB and my attorney general. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Superior showed up and told me that my original contractor called Superior and asked that they handle my claim for them. They sent several of their guys down to my contractors office with a handwritten note, supposedly written and signed by me, canceling my contract with them and they demanded the estimate written by my contractor. I never wrote that note or signed it. They represented themselves as my family when presenting this letter to my contractor. DO NOT USE!!! I have notified the Better Business Bureau and contacted the police.

Superior exterior talks a good game. Basically they give you the tips and tools to talk to your insurance company if you've been denied a claim previously and then charge you 20% more for those tips. This company preys on folks that are desperate to get thier house repaired and can't afford to pay for it out of pocket. They can't except credit cards so anything over what your insurance pays for is on you and if you don't have the cash it's a problem. The only bright spot is that the roofers are quick and do a good job. I wish we could have just paid them directly. Live and learn.

Superior Exterior did a full roof replacement in one day. When they told me every thing would be done in one day i honestly did not believe them. The crew arrived about 9am and had every thing finished and cleaned up by dark. I would recommend them. Satisfied customer.

Do not work with this company. They are rude and do not tell you all the truth. Their estimates (If they agree to give you one) are 40% higher than other contractors. They mislead you with a so called contract and a smiley face. Make sure to get your numbers straight before you sign on anything with them.
