My elderly parents used Superior Exterior to replace their roof. Wow, they did such a great job on their home. Because my elderly parents where so pleased with Superior I used them to fix my home as well. Many more of our family members used Superior Exterior to fix their home as well. Hi, I had Superior replace my roof a few years ago. This year storms came through our neighborhood again. We did not feel that we had any problems with our roof because it had just been replaced. Superior called and offered to do a complimentary inspection. It was determined that our roof had new damage. Superior helped us to file a new claim. Our family home received heavy damage again this year. We had worked with Superior Exterior a few years back. So we simply called their office and requested that someone come out and take a look at our family home. Superior Exterior sent out a professional inspector. The inspector documented all the damage for us, through pictures and notes. They assisted our family while the claim was filed. Superior Exterior met with our insurance adjuster and pointed out things she seemed to over look. All the work is completed now, and Superior Exterior never charged one penny more than what our insurance company paid out. I have never worked with a better group of people. The inspector helped us file our claim, they worked with our insurance adjuster, and handled all the paperwork. We have worked with companies in the past that just don't want to handle a lot of the extras. Superior Exterior insisted that they handle all the paperwork and details for us. We are so pleased with the way our home looks. In and out in 1 day. We came home from work and everything was done! We didn't pay a dime until all the work had completed and we signed off on the job! I had a less than pleasent experience dealing with SupEx (as they called themselves) about a yr and 1/2 ago. From start to finish I was unhappy. I had finally let that go though and simply resigned to never use them again or refer them instead of fighting with them any further. That is until I had them show up at my door this evening (I was not aware they were coming) and they started pointing out "damage from the recent hail storm" to my roof. THE DAMAGE THEY WERE POINTING OUT WAS THE WAY MY ROOF LOOKED THE DAY THEIR PEOPLE PUT IT ON!!! So now tell me that the work they do is A+ rating. Tell me that they live up to their name. If they are showing me lifted corners on shingles and saying that's a problem and they shouldn't look that way then they owe me a new roof because that's the way it has looked since they drove off my property leaving a mess behind. I can't say that the recent storm didn't affect my roof at all but I can say 100% that the things they pointed out have always looked that way and that is why I wasn't happy with them a yr and 1/2 ago. I won't even start about the guy they contracted to fix my fence.

What a professional group of people. We are so pleased with the way our home turned out. The job was completed in two days. Superior Exterior is a great local company that took care of everything for us. There is so much paperwork that comes along with having the roof replaced. We didn't know where to begin, and they took care of all it. The storm was so bad that our family had to tarp the roof and windows. Superior made sure that we had made it water tight so that we did get damage inside the house. We can not express how grateful we are for you.

You have the best installers ever. The installers moved everything out of the way. And when they finished the roof they moved it all back. Every piece of debris was picked up and clean up. Our insurance had denied our claim. Superior Exterior took over our claim, and wow did they get things taken care of. We had a full roof replacement, siding, windows and gutters. I had initially been denied by my insurance company. Superior took over, they contacted my insurance company and requested that they take another look. My insurance then provided me the funds to have the entire roof replaced. I had the roof replaced in ONE day. The gutters and fence where taken care of the following day. Superior did the best job. Everything was done to perfection. I wanted some extra work done around the house that the insurance did not cover. They did painting, and replaced some rotted wood. Great job, and would recommend them to everyone.

I made a call to the Superior office today. With all the heavy rain we received yesterday I noticed that I may have a small leak. Superior told me they would take care of it. I have a 5 year warranty, and my roof was put on in the spring of 2008. They arrived at my home within a half an hour. They took care of the problem, and stood behind their word. You guys are wonderful and I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you.

Superior is a wonderful company, that follows through on everything. I must say my experience has been a pleasure. I intend to use Superior for all my repairs in the future.
