Our Salesperson is the best. He showed us several styles of what we were looking for, however he didn't confuse us. The delivery guys were nice and quick. We plan to shop your store again in the next 6 months for at least two more purchases.

My parents recently purchased furniture for their new home. This included a 46" Sony Projection TV along with living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. When they received the TV, it didn't work. The green light came on to show it was getting power, but the screen was black. The guys who delivered it said it was just because they didn't get reception as they had not had the satellite dish put up yet. Needless to say, the problem is, the TV doesn't work. Mathis Brothers will NOT take the TV back. They are having a projection lamp sent to me to replace the one that is in it in case that is the problem. I know nothing about fixing TV's and think that a brand new Sony projection TV should work or they should take it back. I should not have to fix it. When I called today to talk to the manager(who said yesterday that he would call me this morning - but didn't), they would not even put me through to him. They said they were told to tell me to get them the serial # on the TV and they would have Sony send a replacement lamp to me in the mail. They obviously don't stand behind their products and certainly don't care to give you good customer service. I would STRONGLY recommend that you not use Mathis Brothers. It has been a huge headache for me for 2 days now and it is not over yet!
