Scott was very patient even though I could not make up my mind. He was also very helpful. What made me laugh I never saw him roll his eyes. He is the person to see if you can't make up your mind.
Yes they are fast and easy, but its all bull crap. Anyone with a job can get approved but the cars are WAYYY over priced and your monthly payments are insane. I pay 420 a month for a 2004 car. It is a convertible so the first thing I asked was does it leak? They said no its been checked. So I get the car and put the top down and drive it off the lot. When I then put the top back up I heard water in the back end. I looked and sure enough a huge puddle of water. So I took it back and they said they will fix it and all this crap. Mind you I live an hour n a half away. So they have me drive it up there on Wednesday to get it fixed and they don't fix it. They tell me whats wrong and that I need to bring it back again when I can to then be fixed. So 80 dollars in gas and an entire day so they can fix a problem that they lied to me about in the beginning. And also its gonna take like 5 hours to fix and well I bought a car because i needed one and since they will have it I have to sit at the dealership while its being fixed. And they didnt give a crap about it. And then when I go to get in the car to lave when I shut the door my mirror fell off. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY GET OFF YOU, NOT YOU AT ALL. Im paying 14,9 for my car and it only books for like 10,9. Look around before you sign your life away with these people.

Ms. Campbell - When the vehicle was in our possession, it did not leak. When you made us aware of an issue, we stood by our word and committed to having the vehicle fixed. We have done everything in our power to satisfy you, including offering you a full refund and providing you with a loaner vehicle. No one ever intended to misrepresent the vehicle's condition to you. You were never mislead about the vehicle's price or payments; you also chose to purchase the 2004 convertible over many other newer vehicles because you wanted the Mustang. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the resolution to your issue, but I'm not clear on exactly what else we can do to assist you. Please call me at your earliest convenience,so that I may better understand how to satisfy you as a customer. Thank you.

OK this is my second car with Express Credit Auto and it was even easier than the first time. I had no problems with my first car but wanted to upgrade so I cald Lori and she took care of me right away. I will make sure to see her on my next go round.
