We mixed up our appointment time and they still got us right in anyway. As usual the staff was overly nice and efficient. We are always impressed. My daughter actually likes going to the orthodontist. I have never had a bad thing to say. Thanks for the great customer service.

My daughter loves going to Bankhead Orthodontics. The staff is so friendly, and they always get you in and out of our appointment in a timely fashion.

The absolute, hands down, best orthodontic team around. From the nice, professional, helpful front staff to the gentle, comforting and understanding assistants to the knowledgeable even in tough mouths orthodontists... they are fantastic all around!!! My older 2 boys have been through braces there and the 3rd is very excited to get his put on tomorrow.

I had Invisalign through Bankhead Ortho several years ago and when it came time for my granddaughter Abigayle to have braces, there was no where else we even considered. She just had her braces off and her teeth are beautiful! Thank you to all the Bankhead staff!

My daughter and I really like the staff and orthodontists at Bankhead & Rodabough! They are very accommodating to her school schedule, and make every effort to assist the patient in EVERY way possible. EVEN when the offices are closed! We had what my daughter thought was an "emergency" situation around 8:30pm on a Friday night, well after the offices were closed. We called the emergency number and spoke with the on-call orthodontic assistant and told her what was going on. Rather than having us wait to visit an office in the morning, she met us at the Wentzville office and happily attended to my daughter. What GREAT staff and what GREAT orthodontists. We are very happy at The Orthodontic Offices of Bankhead & Rodabough!

This place always amazes me. They run on time, take their time to explain things to me and my son. Make sure he is feeling ok before we leave. They even offer him medication before we leave if his teeth are hurting. This place is wonderful.

No matter how much my kids teeth hurt.. they always come out smiling! Thank you for helping them achieve beautiful teeth to go with their beautiful smiles. Everyone in the office treats us like we are their FAVORITE clients! We love Bankhead and Rodabough Orthodontics!

I would say that the people are really nice and they have computers and when you get a certain amount of tokens for brushing good and other things you get cool prizes. You also get a free t shirt at your first appointment. I love Bankhead orthodontists!!

Bankhead Ortho really came through for me this time! I accidentally lost my last invisilign tray, so they had to make a type of retainer for me to wear until the new invisilign come in. It was ready in less than 24 hours! Thanks for keeping me on track! Way to go!

Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff! Such a clean and well kept area, open with room for us parents. Joeys teeth look fantastic, nothing but compliments since his braces have come off!!! My daughter had broken one of the chains at school & I didn't find out until after. The O'Fallon Bankhead office was closing in less than 1 hour and yet they still found a way to squeeze my daughter in to get that repaired. The staff was friendly, courteous and never made us feel like we were infringing on their day. As always, they were terrific with my child. Thank you for all that you do.
