O'Fallon Dental Care

My one experience with this dental office was on 11/29/18. I had an 11:40 appointment (first time visit). I arrived 10 min early to fill out any required paperwork, and took a seat in the waiting area. While sitting there, another patient went up to the window to inquire why their appointment with a hygentist was running over 20 minutes late. The lady at the desk checked on it, and said it would not be too much longer. Well after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I also went to the font desk to inquire about my delay. The lady went and checked and told me that the appointment before me was running late, and that she could not tell me how much longer it would be. Since this was my first time at the practice, and two separate appointments were late, I decided to leave.

I understand that emergencies do occur, but I also feel that when the paying patient is going to be delayed they should be informed about it. The practice definitely wants to know when the patient is going to be late, so I would expect the common courtesy would be to inform the patient about delays

I came to United States from Ukraine. Due to my experience with dentist at the orphanage where they strapped us in and drilled without medicine, I was terrified of dentists! Dr Dennis is the only dentist I have gone to since the first visit and that was 10 years ago! Love the staff! Can't wait to see their office when it is done being built off of Highway K!

Dr. Dennis is a fantastic dentist. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained dentist talk in a way that I can understand. The cleaning was thorough and pain free. The hygienist was great also.

Dr. Senderovich is one of the best dentist I've ever been to--he is very gentle and caring and definitely puts his patient's first. His staff is friendly and professional and the office is conveniently located. I have recommended O'Fallon Dental Care to friends and family and everyone loves them too!

I've been going to O'Fallon Dental Care for several years and have had only wonderful experiences. Dr. Senderovich is an excellent dentist--I've had root canals, fillings, and experienced no pain during each procedure. The dental hygienist, Jill, is very gentle and knowledgeable about dental health--ask for her when you make an appointment. I go twice a year now for checkups and cleanings, and have had no cavities for the past three years, thanks to O'Fallon Dental Care.
