The trainers are really great at working with a variety of clients from rehab, pregnancy, and postural training to martial arts and athletic performance. They begin with the client's base level of fitness and function and progress through challenging sessions to reach all goals. I work with the Level 1 (highest level) Trainer. This costs the most but, he has helped me more than any trainer I have ever worked with. I came to Visions Wellness with overall body pain that could not be diagnosed. After a few months I had no back, hip, knee or shoulder pain! (And I love it so much I am going into my 4th year!) I am over 50 years old and people think I am in my 40s. I move like a 30 year old. You can't BUY that kind of life change!!

This is the best personal training studio on the upper west side if not all of manhattan. It is a family business that really knows how to take care of their clients. They are very educated and experienced. If you are looking for a trainer that will help you exercise safely and still get great results, look no further. I can't believe how good I feel these days. I walked by for months and totally regret I didn't start sooner. I don't have back pain anymore and I can run, squat, jump and play with my kids on the weekends without any difficulty.
