Nifty Car Rental

Nifty provided me great service. I expressed to them my concerns of renting with an unknown and poorly reviewed rental service. The owner, Dave, assured me we would have no issues. They had a shortage of vehicles due to the flooding in the state and they rented me out an older Jeep at first. The jeep was in decent enough condition. Regardless, Dave went out of his way to deliver me a brand new sedan to my hotel the following morning. Great personal service and communication. Nifty is the little guy trying to compete with Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Alamo, Budget, Enterprise, Etc... I learned on this trip that if you give them a chance and communicate your needs to them accurately, they will take very good care of you.

Great, accommodating rental place. I was in New Orleans. Went to rent a car on wednesday and no place had any available. My hotel told me to call Nifty and they had some cars left. The people were so friendly and were able to set me up right away. The first car they gave me had some problems so I called the company the next morning and someone drove out another car to my location which was Mississippi at the time. Outstanding and thoughtful service. Could not have been happier even with the first car not being the greatest.

Great service from start to finish! Dawn picked us up from our hotel, had a clean car ready for our use, and got us on the road quickly. Nifty even stayed open a few minutes late so we could return the car instead of keeping it overnight (and having to pay to park it in a garage). Then, we were driven back to our hotel through Friday night traffic even though we were needing a lift after hours. Highly recommend Nifty Car Rental.

Enterprise screwed us, despite my perfect credit rating, Hertz quoted us a small fortune...and Nifty came through. We had two hours to find a rental, get a car, drive an hour and a half, and get on to an airplane. Nifty got us out the door in no more than 5 minutes, with a super cheap price, car got us there, and the Nifty guy in Gulfport gave us a super fast ride to the airport. Nifty rules, cars are just ok, but the company is money....

Great service! Picked us up and and dropped is back off at end of service! Nice people rental only ran us about $58 for 2 days. Definitely Will rent with this company again.

After all the rental car places in New Orleans had no cars left after we made a reservation with them, Nifty came to our rescue to rent us a car to go to Mississippi! Charmaine was a great help and very nice...

Needed a car while in New Orleans, and Nifty picked me up at my hotel and transported me to their rental company at the time I desired. The transport was professional and pleasant. The paperwork was done efficiently and I was on my way in a very clean, low mileage Kia. Checking the car back in was equally pleasant and efficient. If anything, they exceeded my expectations.The entire process was a pleasure.

Helpful, efficient, friendly. Super convenient for a one day use to drive ourselves to plantations. Will definitely use them again.

Great alternative to the big corporate car rental options. Much more reasonably priced and very flexible. They picked us up at our hotel at the time they said they would and were very pleasant to deal with.

It was a good experience. I had a break down at a gas station in New Orleans east, but less than 30minutes they had arrived, it was a ���� issue, they attemped to start it and it didn't, the Nifty maint. Person pulled a new ���� out, replaced the old one and i was on my way. The maintenance person, very professional and office personal professional as well.
