I called Tavares end of the day on a Thursday, but Jose (the owner) was willing to come out that evening, as Friday was already booked up for him. He performed the repair to my A/C condenser very quickly, replacing the capacitor within a few minutes. Best of all, his price was very reasonable.



We chatted for awhile afterwards, I asked about additional air filtration components for my home, and he was upfront about what was worth it and what wasn't.

I could tell within a few minutes that he is an ethical guy.



When he asked if I'd review him online where I found this, I knew I would. I always like to see further success for good people who treat customers fairly.

So, we were in the middle of a heat wave and my air conditioner broke. I figured it would be days before anyone would come out. I called Tavares Heating & Air Conditioning since it was local. I spoke to Jose and much to my suprise, he was at my door just hours later. He was friendly, efficient, and most of all, HONEST. He could have charged me an arm and a leg, I mean, what would I know...but he didn't. I am now a loyal customer. I hope my air conditioner doesn't break again, but if it does, I am calling Tavares Heating & Air Conditioning. Thanks Jose! =)

Over the busy Memorial Day Weekend, I had a problem with my AC. I called Tavares and spoke to Jose. He arrived at my house before the promised time and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. He was courteous, checked everything and did not try to sell me things or fix things that did not need to be fixed or replaced.

The fee was very, very reasonable especially for coming out on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend. Tavares is now my HVAC guy and will recommend them to anyone.

Great service. After calling a few places they were the only one willing to be there within a few hours.

Tavares is the BEST!!! I have never had a better experience. Over the years, I have called many HVAC professionals but none of them measured up to the professional expertise I experienced with Tavares HVAC. I will call them in the future for maintaining my system.

I had such a great experience with Tavres HVAC, LLC!! Jose answered the phone right away and came to my house within an hour!! He was extremely knowledgable and fixed my AC right away without any problems!! I am so relieved to find a heating and cooling system that I can really trust! Great job, Jose!!

Prompt service. I called and they were there within 2 hours and everyone else told me that they may not be able to get there until the next day, meanwhile it was 110 degrees outside and I have a young baby. The technician was very friendly and thoroughly explained to me what was going on with my air conditioning unit so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. Will definitely be calling them for all of my future heat and air needs and will recommend them to everyone!

Answered the phone right away, I didn't have to leave a message or talk to an answering service. Came out the same day and when I got home from work (around 7pm). Upon arrival he was extremely knowledgable and walked me through everything he was doing so that I understood exactly what was going on. Found and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently! Was very courteous, clean, and polite, as well. Would HIGHLY reccommend to anyone looking for superior service!
