My design consultant was Jasmine. She was very patient with me as I asked many questions; and although she had a concept of what would meet my needs, she welcomed my input to ensure I was pleased. The installation turned out great! I have a relatively small walk-in closet and I was concerned that their system would overcrowd the space, but it looks roomy. The design accommodates all my things with room for more items! I'm sort of hard to please but I'm very satisfied with the results! Also, the installer, Richard, was great! He did the installation by himself and its obvious that he's experienced and knew what he was doing. The finished system looks very professionally installed with great details to finishing the baseboards and connection to the wall. When he arrived he gave me an estimate of how long it would take and actually completed installing the system before the allotted time.

I was fortunate to have the closets and one pantry at my 3 unit rental property re-designed by Shellie Miller, a talented and knowledgable lady! These areas had been so abused and overloaded by former tenants, and she was able to explain that often "less is more" when it comes to too many features. The men who installed these new, sturdier shelves and hanging areas were prompt, neat and efficient. The Closet Factory has great products and representatives of the finest caliber!

The Closet Factory did my other house so I went with them again. They sent designer Shellie Miller and everything that she did was perfect such as the measurements and the organization for my master bedroom closet. When they came to install, there was no problem whatsoever. Shellie's layout was right on. The craftsmanship and the workmanship that the installers did were excellent. Everybody was super great.

I could not be happier with my new closets. Shelly Miller was the BEST designer and her team at the Closet Factory are so easy to work with. I did one closet six years ago and just had them do 2 more. In 2011 I was planning to buy components at one of the big box stores and build the closet myself, but the Closet Factory was only slightly more than I would have paid elsewhere, and I didn't have to do the installation. How sweet is that!

My wife and I met designer Shellie Miller through a mutual friend. She came highly recommended when we were talking about updating our new home. Shellie showed up with positive energy and ideas we hadn't thought of! After meeting with her we decided to gut the closets and redo them (better use of space) and also have a custom entertainment center become the focus of our family room. Shellie Miller designed two beautiful wardrobes for our bedroom and they were just installed. They look fantastic and we can't fault the quality. It took only a few hours for the kind gentleman from The Closet Factory to install the wardrobes and as he walked out the door, I was loading my clothes in! The quality is excellent.
