My husband and I decided to sell a townhouse and called several companies to get an estimate for our master closet and storage systems (pantry, laundry room, linen). The Closet Factory bid was good with our budget. Our designer and project manager was Shellie Miller. She was very professional and gave us updates on the project regularly. We have dealt with many home improvement companies and GCs before, but we have never experienced this level of customer service. We highly recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory for your next project.

Shellie Miller really made the process of buying my new master closet very stress-free and enjoyable! The Closet Factory tour was very informative and her expertise and professional demeanor was excellent. I'm excited for the installation!

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory my search for the best designer to do my custom home office has finally ended. I had been trying to get someone to do my home office for a long time. Then finally we met with Jeanne through a neighbor. After sitting down with her for 5 minutes, we knew we were in good hands. We could not be happier with the with how the home office came out.

I was disappointed when no one showed up for a scheduled appt. that I made with Closet Wizard. I then called Closet Factory and they sent Shelly Miller who came out right away. She was wonderful! Throughout her first visit she was courteous and friendly as well as very professional. We toured the facility a few days later (wow!) and placed our order for several closets and a laundry room. The installers were on time, neat and also perfectionists. We will only use the Closet Factory and Shelly for any cabinetry projects in our future. Thank you.

Amy Mendez, our designer has done an amazing job transforming the existing closet space in our new home to beautifully planed closets that meets all our needs. Amy has a talent in her ability to listen to your storage needs and creating closets that are over and above your expectations. The 2nd pantry closet she created not only stores all my large appliances, seasonal dishes, and miscellaneous serving pieces but she created a section for all my wrapping paper, ribbons and gift bags! Truly a dream closet that makes all my friends green with envy. Amy also helped create a custom laundry room that included custom cubbies for storage of kids coats, shoes and backpacks. The installation team at Closet Factory arrived when they were scheduled. They were on time, friendly, and respectful of our home and left the house as clean and neat as when they arrived. I would and I have recommended Amy with the Closet Factory to anyone that is looking to improve, create or redesign closets and storage spaces in their home.

Working with Shellie Miller was the best experience I've ever had with any service company. She was on time, listened to my desires, and put a great design together for my entertainment center. The Closet Factory installers were also excellent. Both men were thorough, professional and courteous. Shellie went that extra step to explain to me the other services available and listen to my concerns regarding completion deadlines due travel plans. All in all, it was a perfect transaction!

We hired Amy Mendez at Closet Factory to design our new Master Closet. We have a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories and knew we needed a professional to inventory our items and design a closet that met our needs while displaying everything in a beautiful and functional way. Deborah Maurer was our designer. She listened to my needs and created a TV room wall unit that looks amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Even my printer in now hiding but easily accessible.

We were pretty desperate to find a solution to poorly made and installed closet systems, especially those in our kids’ rooms. The last straw was three shelves simultaneously sliding out into my 4 yr old’s arms. I’ve contacted several closet makeover companies to get ideas for something considerably more durable and functional. While they all provide the same service, the quality of product and customer experience are certainly not the same. I was completely blown away when Brady Frost came in to do his design consult. Brady was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did not lack ability to come up with creative solutions to maximize functionality in smaller spaces. Brady also has a wonderful disposition, making our several hour appointment fly by like a breeze! What I also loved, was Brady’s ability to listen, rather than predominantly pitch his company’s objectives, which is so common in the field. I cannot recommend him enough!

We just needed a small pantry and hall closet built. When I called the Closet Factory, a pleasant, professional young lady Shellie Miller came and took measurements and asked about our needs. The installer, Scott, arrived exactly the time they said he would. He took his time, and the work was very good and neat. Very professional & highly recommend. The designer The Closet Factory sent was nice, professional, and did great work. I'm very happy with the results that Shellie Miller worked out for my entertainment wall and bar. The installers were also very neat and professional. My home has two new areas that add positive aesthetic and resale value.
