Triton Investments was founded in 1983 as a Utah General Partnership. On January 1, 1994 Triton Investments became Triton Investments, Inc. a Utah Corporation. Triton Investments is a family business consisting of the following partners- Fred and Sue Morris, Zane Morris, Bruce and Amy Babcock, and Lars and Carol Morris. Triton Investments has a long-term goal of building, owning, and managing multifamily apartment communities. Triton Investments, Inc. to date owns and manages two thousand one hundred twelve (2,112) apartment units, two thousand seven hundred fifty six (2,756) apartment units in the near future, four hundred eighty six (486) student units which equates to two thousand six hundred sixteen (2,616) students, and a 15,000 square foot office building with attached parking structure. Fred Morris, the past President of Pentalon Corporation and Amy Babcock, the past Operations Officer of Pentalon Corporation bring over twenty (20) years of apartment development experience to our company. Pentalon has developed and now owns approximately two thousand two hundred (2,200) apartment units in the Salt Lake Valley
