Pep Boys

I had the worst experience here you could imagine. I had some wheels swapped on my vehicle and never said that the Lugnuts that I had were the wrong ones! and they put them on anyway! I got all done with them and it took about 4 hours for the "work" to be done. when I left, on a Sunday, I hadn't driven my vehicle again until that Tuesday I went on a grocery run to Costco and it was maybe a 5 mile trip to the store, I was going about 35 miles an hour when my driver side wheel popped off due to the lug nuts being the wrong shape or whatever the hell they said. I can't even imagine if this had happened on the freeway or at higher speeds! there could've been fatalities! It caused some damage to the rear end. They fixed some of it, some of the visible damage, and now they refuse to fix the violent shake that my vehicle currently has. They won't even replace the BRAND NEW WHEEL that was scratched all to hell from the incident! They told me that its basically my word against theirs! This has been going on for almost two months now and I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life! Way to take care of your customers!
Their insurance company was a joke as well. seems like the lack of communication runs deep at these two companies.
Just so everyone is aware, I dealt with a Jordan Dennison, A Ben Something, A Charles from their Riverdale store, and some other Manager from their Orem Store.
Keep far away from Pep Boys and their rance company Icahn Automotive, based out of Georgia!

They are rude! I took my car in to be serviced/diagnosed. They acted like I was stupid because I am female but I have owned my car for 5 years. I know what is normal and not. I have tried to fix the issue (checking the oil and fluids) but it needs a mechanic. I was told none could help. They didn't even look at it. They told me that the next available time was in five days. So, they set me up with an appointment for then. I came back at my appointment time, they told me that they couldn't help me. They didn't even look at it. I AM NOT A FAN! They should close if they cannot help their customers! Do not go here! Go somewhere else (anywhere else)
