Aaaahhhh! It is hard to be let down by this dealerships service department when my expectations are already so low from all my other experiences in the past, but they never cease to amaze me. Brought my truck in a month ago for basic service and the very next day my low tire pressure gauge came on. All four tires were below 25PSI. SERIOUSLY, COME ON! On Saturday I brought my wife's tahoe in for basic service and first do you think they noticed the rain gutter that was bent up, which they have supposedly "fixed" twice already? Of course not! I got the tahoe back and in less than one hour the low tire pressure light came on showing that the left rear tire had no air (but it was full). Since it was barely after 4PM I had to bring it back on Monday morning. And on Monday morning they took over one hour of my life from me for something that probably should have taken ten minutes to hook up to a machine. Thanks Sierra Chevrolet for making me over an hour behind on my work day. Please someone open another Chevrolet dealership in the relative area! I'm tired of this.

Absolutely the worst repair service, customer service, sales, and general business practice I have ever experienced.



I can't imagine how they are still in business - people, stop going there!

I've been going there intermittently for service for the last 10 years or so, mostly for convenience. They rarely get it right the first time, are extremely expensive, push for unnecessary repairs, and sometimes just plain don't do the work they have charged you for.



I, stupidly, keept thinking "maybe next time they'll do it right", but they never do, so they earned this review, and have permanently lost my business.



And don't by cars from them:

They attack you like friendly wolves when you start browsing around and hound you, they don't answer your questions properly, they push cars & options you don't want: all the sales tricks. They list popular models WAY above MSRP.

I work at a GM dealership and so I figured that I wouldn't be taken advantage of here. How wrong I was. The salesmen are not knowledgable about their product, and the sales managers all talk like they are on your side but then they try to screw you on the interest rate or on some feature of the car. I think the thing that got me the most was that my window sticker was not given to me (they threw it away) and then they lied straight to my face telling me that my truck did not come equipped with keyless entry. So I took my truck to the service manager at the dealership I work at, who then verified that the truck did if fact have keyless entry. He programmed two remotes for me so that I could prove to Sierra Chevrolet that it did have it so that they would give me my remotes. When I went back in and showed proof, all they did was tell me that I didn't pay for keyless entry, that the truck didn't come equipped with it and all they would do is give me two used remotes that only had lock and unlock, not a panic button like it should, and he wanted me to feel grateful for him because he was apparantly "giving" me two remotes "for free". Honestly, I don't even know how this dealership is still in business. If they treat a fellow GM employee in this matter, I don't even want to know how they treat all of their other customers who may not be as knowledgable about the product.
