Tosa Tan LLC

I have been so upset about this company for months now. First they were closing, then they were bought out, but after seeing how the new owners run the place I wish it would have just closed! I have come in twice since under new managment. I don't think these people understand that it's THE PEOPLE that really make a business. In the past, when it was called Heavenly Tan and Spa, they had beautiful, smart girls working here. They were increadibly trendy and friendly- the kind of girls that we all go to a salon and expect to see. They always remembered my name and it was always a pleasure to come in.



Now going in I feel like I am interputing these peoples days. There is a old woman, who has no place in a tanning salon- she is not even tan! There is also 2 younger woman, but they are very, well- trashy looking. Not what I want to see when I go to tan somewhere. They are also ALWAYS on their cell phones, and the blonde has made me sit there and wait while she finishes her conversation. They don't know anything about products either, just push whatever is the most expensive on you.



These people obviously don't know much about handling a business that is so person to person based. I would love to tan where-ever those old employees are working now. I will not be back to "the new and improved" ITan.

i have been going here for over a year now. this salon was clean and wonderful before it changed managment last month. the people that are working here now are either very old or very low class. they used to have great workers here- young and knowledgeable, fun to talk to and comfortable to be around. these new owners are rude and obviously money hungry. the salon is filthy and cluttered. the beds have burnt out bulbs and the rooms are very dirty in general. myself and about 10 of my friends have all been loyal customers. since changing managment we will not be coming back.



- clean up the place

- replace the bulbs

- bring back the old workers
