This management company is a horrible group. We have been without heat for two days, and not to mention no one knows anything. The staff is rude wheen you ask questions and Dan Katz rides around in his Mercedes and pays no attention. Every day for two Months the water was shut off in the morning and did not come back on until 3 pm. Stuff breaks because its old on their properties and nothing gets fixed they just blame it on the tenant and leave you helpless. This is a bad place. And bad people work here.

DO NOT RENT FROM KATZ PROPERTIES. I have just recently moved to the area and all of my brand new furniture wound up with bed bugs living in one of their properties (do your research you will see that bed bugs is a common trend) They never returned any of my calls but rather entered our apartment without notifying us and stripped our beds. When I called back to ask what happened they said they "didn't know" and they would have somebody contact me. Nobody ever did. I called back another time, and still never received a response. My roommate went to the doctor. Finally she went to the office and they said they had known about the bed bugs for days. We had to miss work the next day to clean our apartment. There are MORE THAN ONE open case RIGHT now at this property and they have a history of bed bugs for the last 5 years but are trying to make us pay for their damage. They claimed we signed a lease that we never signed. The Katz management will not return our calls.

The Staff is responsible for the rating -- the office -- the full time & part-time outdoor staff keep the grounds beautiful.

Geeenway Apartments is the most family friendly place we have lives in in years. Fantastic neighbors and, superb on site management. We have lived here for 5 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Katz itself is very accommodating and a great company. Great place for families, lots of kids!

Just recently I decided to upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment on the East Side. I called Ben who is their leasing agent and he was awesome. He went out of his way to show us the best of the best within our budget. We were able to upgrade without any problems and we are all still very happy tenants. If you are searching for a new apartment Ben will most certainly find one for you.

The best landlord in all of Milwaukee and beyond!! Ive lived in several of his properties and they have all been wonderful experiences!! Buildings are well maintained as are the apartments!! If you have any problems maintenance comes out the next day. I have lived all over the world but part of the reason I stay in Milwaukee is because it is such a joy and ease to live in a Katz Property apartment!

My experience was positive and included fast response to maintenance issues, efficient office staff, quick snow removal and superb assistance with moving in. The views are nice and location is great but it's the extra help and effort of the manager who made my experience so wonderful. Thank you!

I was searching for apartments for quite awhile and was having a very difficult time finding anything I felt good about. Fortunately I found Ben who is a leasing agent for Katz Properties. He was able to listen to my preferences and then showed me 3 buildings that matched what I was in search of. He was very helpful and I recommend his services to anyone who is looking for apartments. I love my new apartment!

Katz Properties has been the best property management company I have rented from hands down. At first I was a bit hesitant renting from Katz reading some negative remarks but after dealing with my former landlord I thought I see if there was any substance to any of this. Apples to Apples you will not find a better company to rent from. They are friendly, helpful, and honest. I want to personally thank James for everything. He went out of his way to find me the right place for my budget and helped me get basic maintenance in order. I have concluded that these negative remarks online are from people that enjoy complaining or habitually late on rent.

I love it here and thank you every morning when I work out in the pool or look out at the trees, flowers and pond with the sound of falling water adding to the mood. It is a wonderful place to live and I am grateful always for finding a place to live where I am happy and content.
