As a long term tenant of JVT I have grown fond of the heated pools in summer and the beautiful grounds in winter, as well as the gym and club room! I have lived in studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms over the years. Management has most recently also undergone renovation of a lot of the facilities, lobbies, laundry, and apartments! We also just got a new onsite management team and maintenance crew.No better place to live in down town Milwaukee!

They go above and beyond to help with anything you need

The office is filled with competent employees who greeted me with a smile when I last came in. As for JVT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING THERE. It is simply a great place to be (unless you hate coffee, big swimming pools, nice neighbors, and a great location!). Thank you Katz Properties for taking such great care of me!

I just love my new apartment on the eastside. The price was very affordable for me and my roommate and I just love how they make sure everything I need fixed gets done. This is my 4th time renting from Katz and they are by far the best in Milwaukee. Oh, thank you James for all your help!

I have been renting from Katz Properties for several years now and I have just moved into my 3rd apartment. Each time I moved everything was taken care of and they have been easy to deal with between leases.

The maintenance was quick good. I was pleased with your great work except that it took a long time for you to come to my place to repair. I sent a maintenance request last Friday and you came here this Wednesday.

Just moved in to my new place and wanted to thank Katz for helping me move out of UWM dorms and into my apartment over the holidays. Everything was painted, the blinds were replaced with new ones and everything was very clean. Thank you so much for helping me move. It is such a relief that I don't live in the dorms anymore:)

I so enjoy living at White Oaks Apartments. My home here is charmingly designed and well maintained by the friendly and responsive staff. It is a quiet place here sit in a serene setting, where I am also surrounded by friendly neighbors of all my ages and diverse backgrounds. I feel very fortunate to have found this place to live.

Having lived there for 3 years I found White Oaks very pleasing. The office/maintenance staff when I was there from 2008-2011 was wonderful and very helpful. You must have lived there when it was under new management. In the summer the staff had resident cookouts and even had a staff hand operated carwash for the residents. One bad experience will make you also look for more problems to complain about, all buildings have their own problems.

I spoke with S.G. at the office, she was so helpful and courtesy. She took time to explain the process and had a smile in her voice, very pleasant. Exceptional job!
