Not impressed with the services the service center provides. They have had my vehicle for 1month. They have not kept me informed with maintenance issues not status with my vehicle without me calling to ask. They don’t call back nor answer phone very often. They don’t accommodate you for time period they have your vehicle but still required to pay car note. Very unsatisfied.

I went to JDbyrider and asked for a affordable car so that I can get back and forth to work and I did get what I asked for thanks.

I went to Jdbyrider cause i needed another car and i got one with no money down and my payments are very low and They Were very helpful and understanded what we needed thanks jdbyrider

Staff is very Rude about every detail of your life. Cars are way over priced. Financed a car in the past from them and made perfect payments yet they still make it hard to finance another.

We all fall on hard times and sometimes make financial mistakes. Due to such, you might find yourself seeking a second chance from a company like this for an auto loan. Shopper, please beware that JD Byrider is NOT the only game in town. Once there, you will be treated and addressed as if you are a child that needs to be punished. You will be psychologically broken down into pieces and be at the mercy of the "loan officer". Also, it will NOT up to you to choose the vehicle you want. They will put you into the vehicle they want. It is NOT about you and your needs; it's about THEIRS.



Another thing... If you are looking to repair your credit with them; do NOT bother. Word has it they do NOT report to the credit bureau. They are a buy-here-and-pay-here scam of a dealership.
