Middlefield Village Apartments

I have enjoyed the time I have lived here. The buildings are secured. They are regularly cleaned and smell nice because of it. The buildings and grounds are maintained well groomed. If a problem arises in the apartment, it is tended to in a timely manner. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The apartments are located within short driving distance to various attractions and shopping malls. If you are looking for a nice place to live, consider these apartments.

My family and I have lived here for many years and we love it . The neighbors are so quiet and friendly and so is the leasing agent and the whole staff. It is always clean and maintenance is awesome so quick to be done and the grounds look amazing!! Happy to be able to call this place my home . ❤️

Love the place! Great folks run the place and keep it in immaculate shape! Amanda and Rob are wonderful as the Folks on site running the place! Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex. Quiet neighbors and friendly too.

we lived there for 2 years and I will say they are very well kept and the prices are reasonable and electric bills are the lowest I've seen, however I have to agree with other reviews I've seen the management is very rude for no particular reason at all just not friendly in general. They are upon signing a lease though. This is defiantly for older people and not people with children of any age not at that complex if it were managed slightly better to put family's and children on first floors or just in general together and the older folks maybe down the hall, different building etc it could work but that was probably our biggest issue having one small child living above a older single woman and it was a nightmare for both us and our downstairs neighbor and it just should have never happened at all" I'm being nice here" there were no resolutions they didn't want to hear or have time for it and I felt that I paid my bills an rent and upheld my lease so I should have at the VERY LEAST got an ear for a few minutes so ultimately we waited for our lease to be up and left. Wouldn't go back if I had to unless there was new management. I'd rate it a 2 great for cleanliness up keep and decent prices but I want to feel at home where I lay my head down at night.

Wouldn't be so bad if there was different management the leasing agent is the most rude,unhappy,spiteful person I have ever encountered. She will make your life miserable. They need someone nice to run the apartments it would make it a way better place. But the managers boss is no better to let someone like that run a place of business especially when its a person's home. the way they treat their employees is no better I've heard and can't keep anyone there for very long because of the verbal abuse They pit up with.
