DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
This conglomerate corporation employs a management company that is focused on volume of new applications and new leases. What this means is that they do not renew leases.
Even if you only want to move here for that one year, then move on, there are plenty of other things wrong with it:
-Bugs! The entire place is built on a huge, sandy anthill. They will be everywhere in your kitchen, year round. Management does not care. Silverfish will be found daily on the floors, in the tubs and sinks. Stinkbugs by the handful make their way through the broken screens. Leaving your windows open is not an option.
-No Amenities. For the higher end price, these are bare-bones, low-end apts. without even garbage disposals. For what you pay here, you would get a pool, gym and rec area in almost any other apts. The onsite laundry is dysfunctional and not maintained, and the in apt. hookups don't actually have space for the machines, so you will be forced to use a local Laundromat.
