Overall

I hired a new moving company for an office move and they proved that I made a big mistake hiring them. Those guys are thieves, frauds. They have stolen all the valuables and damaged the furniture badly, were late both for the pickup and drop off and charged almost double than the estimated price. I could not let it go. I called MovingClaims.net and talked with Whitney about this matter. Then Mark took the charge of this matter, filed a claim against that company and made them bound to compensate me and also to apologize for what they have done. In the end, I am happy that I was not being robbed. Good job guys. Keep it up.

To cut the long story short – I was in a very bad situation. The moving company that I used for an interstate move did more than enough to make my life hell. But I decided to teach them a good lesson and get my things back from them. MovingClaims.net helped me a lot and made sure I get what I wanted. I am more than just happy and impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency showed by MovingClaims.net. I contacted them obviously because I was in a very bad situation. The moving company that I hired did not show up at the move day and also kept the amount that I paid in advance. So, I had to go through a very situation. I wanted my money back and expected an apology from the moving company. But they had other ideas. However, finally it was MovingClaims.net which made things going in my way. Their customer service rep Sandy and the claim adjust rep Mark took all necessary initiatives to make everything right between the moving company and I. being honest, I never thought of getting my money back but thanks to MovingClaims.net for making that happen.

It was John who saved me and obviously others of MovingClaims.net who worked with John. I moved to FL about a month ago using a moving company. They were not that bad but I was yet to receive my claim for the broken stuff and for the damaged piano. Finall0y I contacted MovingClaims.net and talked with John. He took his time to explain the process and negotiated with the moving company on my behalf and in just 3 days the result was visible. The moving company called me and willingly wanted to pay for the damage. Thanks John and thanks to MovingClaims.net for being so supportive.

I was shocked when the moving company refused to grant my claim!! They not only over charged, they damaged my stuff, stolen the LED TV and several other expensive stuff and behaved really rude when I asked for the clarification. I also decided to teach that company a good lesson. So, I contacted with MovingClaims.net and spoke about the matter with Sandy. She was very responsive and attentive and forwarded the matter to Michael. After several days hard fight, finally my moving company apologized and made up for the loss. I never wanted to take the hard way but I had to. And I thank MovingClaims.net for their great support.

First of all I would like to thank their customer service rep John and the claim adjusts rep mark for getting me out of the trouble. I was very upset after I had a terrible move and things have gone even worse when they stopped answering my phone calls and decided to keep silent and not to compensate for the loss. Then I contacted MovingClaims.net and filed my claim. MovingClaims.net did help me a lot in restoring my rights and just because of them I finally made up for the loss caused by that so called moving company. So, I am thankful and grateful to MovingClaims.net and I wish them all the success in future.

Thanks MovingClaims.net. You made my life a lot easy. After my horrible move, I was very disappointed and when they decided not to answer my phone calls or not to justify their actions, I decided to file a claim and I took the help of MovingClaims.net. Whitney was very responsive and helpful and calms me down and ensured I will get the justice and Mark took all initiatives to establish my rights against that moving company. One of my friend told me about MovingClaims.net when I was robbed by a so called moving company. I called them and talked with their customer service rep Jenny. She took a note of my complaint and then Abby (claim adjust rep) did the rest. They made sure I get the demurrage for my loss from the moving company that I used for a long distance move. Though that moving company tried to fool me around but I was saved because of MovingClaims.net. They provided result in quick time and very efficiently handled the matter on my behalf. They don't even deserve a star. I have called and called with no results. They lost a letter that I sent informing them that I want to proceed with the claim. I sent it certified so I KNOW they received it! This has been going on since July 2013 and now it is August 2014. and I refuse to spend anymore money on this fiasco of a move...whether it be a claim or anything else. I am tired of being told that a supervisor will get back to me (been told this 3 times) only for it to never happen. Their customer service sucks and the Attorney General in Florida is the next organization I will be contacting in regards to this move!

First off I just want to say I was really not happy when I called into moving claims. I felt like I was taken advantage of and the moving company did not handle my situation delicately enough. My moving company damaged a few of my most valuable property and thought nothing of it. It was very baffling and disappointing of the company because I was led to believe that I was in the best hands. When I called in, I am going to say I had nothing nice to say to Whitney, my customer service representative, for about a good 10 minutes straight. But she let me vent right along and offered to help me not only cope with my issue but to find a solution. Whitney made me feel like I wasn’t alone in the process and that made me feel a lot better. I felt the need to write this review to let everyone know that someone does care and to also apologize for my irate behavior towards Whitney. The service I got from Moving Claims was extraordinary despite everything I had gone through.

Its really amazing, although not surprising, that someone from movingclaims.net filled out all of these other comments. I submitted my paperwork for a claim 5 months ago without resolution. They have all these crazy loops to jump like things have to be mailed and not faxed/emailed; the pictures have to be in color and not black/white; your claim has to be notorize or else it will be rejected. If a moving company has this insurance then beware.

I want to thank Whitney from Movingclaims. net for her help and patient! Whitney was my representative at Movingclaims. net when I filed a claim for lost and damaged items. I had no idea what to do after my move was completed and I realized that I’m missing a couple of boxes and my china cabinet’s shelves were broken. Whitney was there to guide me through the process with the moving company and the insurance company, negotiated on my behalf and finally get me a resolution that satisfied me. Thumbs up!

My wife and I are senior citizens and we feel like our moving company took advantage of us. They overcharged us, were extremely late for delivery, did not communicate with us, and they broke multiple items in the process. Truly a heartbreaking experience. We just wanted to thank MovingClaims.net for being there to help resolve our issues. After being so mistreated it felt good to speak with Whitney Brown, a manager who was very accommodating. Upon request she even mailed us the application to begin our claim, due to us not being internet savvy. We were in disbelief to see the damage done to my daughter’s boxes. We understand being in a rush and boxes being tossed carelessly, that’s why we didn’t pack anything fragile. What we cannot understand is how her boxes arrived SOAKED. The structure of the boxes were barely intact due to them being so wet. Sequentially this ruined a lot of the items contained inside, such as clothes & family photos. We had to wash her things multiple times to get out the stench of mildew. I called to express my complaints and frustrations and I was connected with a woman named Jenny, she was a manager at MovingClaims.net. Thank God for her because after filing my claim, as she recommended my daughter was compensated for the damages.

I just want to thank to all at MovingClaims. Net. I moved to my new house and decided to hire a local moving company. I choose this company because they were the cheapest one in the aria. Unfortunately the movers that showed to pick up my shipment were not very professional and I had allot of damages, some of my furniture were broken and some items missing. Thanks G-d, Movingclaims .net came to rescue. They helped me to proses and validate my claaim for all the damages that have been done by movers. Their rep was very polite, helpful and honest. They managed to complete the whole proses within a few month and I a fair settlement. Thank you very much for all your help and doing a great job!!!

I know movingclaims.net because I recently used their service, as they were hired by the moving company to deal with their customer’s claims. When my moving company stored my belongings in their storage facility and some of it got damaged because of flooding, I was told by the moving company’s customer service department to contact movingclaims.net. My agent there was Jenny that was so kind and understanding, and guided me through the painful process of claiming damage with the insurance company. After a few short months, I got a check that was a bit of a compromise on my behalf but it was better than nothing. Thanks to Jenny and her well done job!

Last winter my family and I moved from Atlanta GA to Miami FL and we used a moving company that was recommended to us by a family friend. I can’t say that the moving company was 100% to my satisfaction, but they did a pretty good job handling our move, and taking care of our belongings (especially that day, during a very bad weather). Because of the weather we handed up with some damaged items and structural damage to our new apartment. We were given moving claims.net phone number to contact in order to file a claim (they are a third company working for the moving company to handle their claims.) The service we received from moving claims.net was above our expectations and that is way I’m writing this review. I want to personally thank John for his kindness and support.
