The worst. WORST company ever.**** Moving Claims, Based in Fla has ignored me for over 10 months.They were connected to United Royal Van Lines, who have been SHUT DOWN by the Gov't FMCSA for fraud & more. This claims dept was assigned to me at my move last year. I have many damages, LOSS of many boxes, smashed items,table,vases dishes & on. They STILL ignore my claim after I mailed in everything they asked including photos. John Miller, Is the main boss there who used to hang up on me including the staff. This is a horrible company & I warn all who use them. I have reported them to the Attorney General, FL to at least investigate them. I'm sure the Gov't will see a lot of issues. Meanwhile, I have lost so much. Leather goods, furniture, imp. files, old photos, lots of clothing & shoes...& John Miller could give a darn. DON'T USE ANY MOVERS OR COMPANIES WHO USE THEM**You will never get your money for damages.
