Magic Touch

Had my 2009 Camry rear door replaced and side panel repaired by the guys at Magic Touch. Great job matching the paint, the car look like new. The guys even looked over the whole car and took out some scratches and dings that were not part of the State Farm insurance claim. I have used this shop four times now and have always been impressed by the quality of work and service. Also the owner promises my car to thanksgiving, and yes I got my car ready before the holyday. Thanks guys!!!

You Won't Be Sorry!: I was very pleased when I took my Pontiac GP- GT to Magic Touch for repairs after my daughter was involved in an accident that caused damage to the wheel, back bumper, fender, doors and tail-light.my insurance company UAIC give me a list of shops that I can take my car to, I called Magic Touch to let them know that I will live my car at the week before the holyday. Unlike several of the other body shops in our area that I checked out. Mr. Bally (owner) welcomed me into his work area, where I was able to see firsthand the kind of work he does. His shop is clean and organized. He is extremely friendly, yet very business like, and took the time to explain to me all that was needed to repair my car. He explained the cost of the repairs, and that was the price when all was said and done... no hidden fees or charges. As a woman, I've often been made to feel as if I am open to being "taken advantage of" when it comes to auto repairs and services, but not at this shop. Mr. Bally is, in my book, a very honest man whose goal is to meet his customer’s expectations. My car was restored wonderfully! You can't tell there had ever been any damage. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded! And gals, I must also add, for the type of business this is... you would not believe how clean the office is! Thank you Mr. Bally for helping me to feel secure in having my car repaired. I wish you many, many years of success. If ever the need arises again to have my car repaired, you'll most certainly be the one I call!

Nice place, especially for ladies: My family has had 3 cars painted by Magic touch. All were complete paint jobs. Their color selection is amazing. I went there recently to get an estimate for my 2009 chry 300 and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman who completed the estimate spoke with me and explained the charges and proceedures to me without talking down to me. Try them out for a great experience and a job well done!

Best Shop Ever!: I just wanted to say that my experience with Magic Touch was outstanding. The staff was very understanding of my situation and was there to help me any way they could. Enterprise came to their shop to pick me up and get me all set up in my rental. I was also kept informed with the status of my car during the entire process. The workmanship was great and they got it done fast. I could not have asked for a better shop.

Today I picked up 09 BMW from Magic Touch Auto Body Shop and it looks like brand new. This is the third time I had car repair experience at Magic Touch and every time is a peace of mind.

I got into a car accident in the beginning of Aug. I did my search on Yahoo for a good body shop (near by my place in Miami shores) to do the repairs. I decided to let Magic Touch do the job with my insurance (All State) company's approval. The assistant mgr, Carlos has been very responsive and professional with me from the very beginning. I was very happy with the repair work. 10 days after I took my car back, I found the fog light cover was hung loose. I thought it was not installed during the repair. I called Magic Touch up and told them about problem. Carlos asked me to bring my car back to body shop the next morning. After more carful exam of my frond bumper, I realized my fog lights came loose when I hit a flat tire on the highway couple of days ago. Carlos fixed the fog lights for me without any blaming and at no cost to me. I am really impressed by their quality work and excellent customer satisfaction attitudes. I highly recommend this body shop for any repair work to my friends and associates.

As you can see, up until now I have not been a regular review junkie but this is the third time I have used Magic Touch so I feel confident in saying without doubt that they are hands down the best and most honest Auto Body Shop around which is saying a lot for their type of work. I always get hives when needing to do any auto body work and feel I don't have enough time but that I need to shop, haggle and check at least two or three places to make sure I am getting a fair price. This is one of the few places I can now confidently say that I just don't. I have had my share of nightmares at auto body shops that not only jacked up the price but also took forever to fix my car. I have a Mercedes which I sometimes curse for the damge repair cost but I don't feel like Magic Touch Jacks up my cost for that reason. They have always honored their original estimate and above that cleaned my car and done more then expected which I would think is possibly just good luck 2 out of 3 times but 3 out of 3?... and after a lot more interaction and several other friends reviews confirming the same I am now convinced that this is the way they operate and I have personally confirmed that they genuinely seem to pay attention and care about honest work and long-term clientele. I cannot say enough good things about Magic Touch and if you see similar postings online it's because I am making it a point to post on as many review forums as I can. I only hope someone feeling overwhelmed with all the Auto Body Shops in Miami will have the opportunity of enjoying the great service this shop provides.

I brought a used Lexus IS300 and the whole front on the car was misaligned. Am guessing whomever i brought the car from had got into a car accident and decided to do a backyard body shop job. Me being the person that i am i look up everything before i decide to do anything. I live all the way in homestead and none of those body shops had enough good reviews about them for me to do any business with them. After further searching i found magic touch Miami. I scheduled an appointment, went in they gave me a tour of the facility, showed me the high line name brand products that they use, and introduced me to all of the employees. After they sat me down in an office and told me everything about the shop in there we discussed my options and everything. After some thinking i decided to go on and let Magic touch Miami realigned my car and they did it with these special lasers and now my car looks great.

I waited nearly two weeks for a body shop to find my right front fender for my GX470. Every time i would call them they would always tell me that my part is on back order from the Lexus dealer and got rude when i called after a while. After consulting my insurance company UAIC and doing some research on my own i ended up at uaicbodyshops.com and clicked on magic touch Miami link. I called UAIC and they told me that Magic touch was a preferred body shop.A few negotiations later that magic touch helped me with my car is currently at magic touch. A few days ago they called me to let me know that my fender was delivered, and that my car will be done in less than a week.

Even though magic touch is not an StateFarm prefered insurace body shop they still took really good care of my car. After my accident i did a research on local body shops because i did not want to go with one of StateFarm's. Magic touch stood out in the group because of all the good things people had to say about them on not only yahoo reviews but yellow book and others. I called them and two weeks later my Mercedes C240 has no sign of an accident. To make a long story short i am another magic touch satisfied customer. I had a great experience worth writing about. Thank you to everyone at magic touch.

After my acciedent i took my car to the GEICO's drive in facility, they gave me a list of their prefered body shops. GEICO estimated 4 weeks to repair the whole right side of my car because of the T-bone accident. I called GEICO's prefered body shops and all of them gave me a time of 2 months and above. I decided to search other body shops and came up to Magic Touch, even though they are a UAIC prefered shop i called them and they said that they could have my car ready in 3 weeks. In conclusion Magic Touch took one extra weeks to finish my car but my car has no evidence of previous damage, they did an excelent job.

Magic touch took care of my accident claim with ALLSTATE insurance. After my accident i did not know the first thing to do, i was refereed from one of my friends who magic took care of from UAIC insurance, and i couldn't have been happier. To make a long story short Magic touch lifted a huge burden off my back.

Quick service and nice people very good body shop.

From the my recent experience I think it is safe to say that Magic Touch is one of the premiere, and most professional body shops in south Florida. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal, the staff were very friendly and patient with me. They left me with no worries, and they handled my insurance claim and kept me posted on every step in the process. I made them aware that the car was my only source of transportation and they had my car looking brand new one week later on schedule; when the other place that saw the car estimated 3 weeks to fix the damage. They have won themselves a lifetime customer and I vouch for them 110 percent.

Some people say.. "You can never find a great and honest auto body shop." Well I got some news for you! I have found the best/honest shop. The guys at Magic Touch took great care of my car and fixing it. Also great care in my wallet as well! The dealership that I use to always take my car into wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to get some minor work done. So.. then on my way home from the dealership I happened to drive by Magic Touch Auto body Shop so I decided to stop by and get a second opinon on what the dealer said I needed for my car. Well long story short I didnt need half the stuff that the dealership said I needed, Magic Touch was my wallet savers! Thanks guys! The car is looking great. I will forsure be back the next time I need something done to my car!
