Magic Touch

I am disappointed more by the lack of accountability. Second would definitely be workmanship. The owner Illan will act like your friend all the while lying through his teeth. The paint and body work will look good for a few years then fail. My first time at Magic Touch was five years ago. The car has been back 3x after I was hit. Not once did any of the workmanship last. Either overspray, bad alignment, or bad paint that turns yellow and chips off. Please view my attached photos!! He admitted to me it was his fault the white turned yellow. Magic Touch was paid to replace the entire quarter panel five years ago, instead he fixed it. I brought the car in last week for bubbling paint on the quarter panel he repaired. He told me it’s not covered because it’s 5 years old. But it turns out Magic Touch painted the quarter panel in 2015 as well! He refused to fix the panel, furthermore now refusing to repaint the roof that is turning yellow. 5 years of loyal business, over 15,000$ spent and still no desire to do the right thing. Do not go here.

my car was done on time and there were no surprises with the bill. I was very satisfied and would recommend Ilan and company without hesitation or reservation.

They did a great job on my 2013 BMW after a car accident that damaged the rear end of my car including bumper, both lights, and trunk hood. I was devastated. When I saw my car after the repair, it literally looked brand new again. The owner is so nice and a car guru, he jokes around with you and everything so you dont feel so bad your car is all messed up for what ever the reason. Its by far the best auto body shop in south Florida. I feel so lucky to have found this shop, It was a very unfortunate situation but they made it smooth and easy for me, they even offer coffee and water. Just thankful body shops like this exist!!! I just had my first experience of the magic touch, I have to agree with the previous five star reviewers about the quality of work that the staff does at this art/body shop. My two month old Mercedes Benz E350 was scratched up at a car wash that refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had the damaged area painted twice by two different body shops, but I wasn't satisfied with the results, so I searched the internet and stumbled upon Magic Touch. I checked the reviews, they were all positive. So I decided to try a third time with them. Upon my arrival I met Lilliana a very warm person who works in the office and Ilan the owner. We got down to business immediately and after an agreement and time frame they both drove me home. Two days later the car was ready and to my amazement they brought back the new car original paint appearance that I was seeking. I am very satisfied with their work.

Excellent work, great personal attention and finished ahead of schedule. They definitely deserve a five star rating.

There is nothing pleasant about repairing damage to what was once a beautiful new car, and the last thing you want to feel is when you turn you keys over to a body shop that you are just a number, "Not The Case at Magic Touch".

Ilan helped me with my car for much less than I expected. I was involved in a car accident with my 2008 BMW, my insurance company Sate Farm told me to find a body shop to fix my car. I went to 2 different body shop and as a woman I felt they took advantage that I don't know anything about cars. Then I decided to google and I saw the reviews on Magic Touch auto Shop Miami, so I decided to try this shop. I was impressed. The staff was very professional and friendly, the office was actually clean and organized (something I didnt see in other body shops). After just 30 minutes I was out of the shop with a rental car and the promise that my car would be ready in 7 business days, and let me tell you my car was ready right on time and looked like nothing happened to it. BIG Thanks to the best body shop in miami!

Someone rear ended my car, and the person's insurance company, ALL STATE referred me to this place. There was a pretty noticeable gouge/dent in my rear bumper, so I was afraid you'd be able to see the patch job afterwards. The guys set me up with a RENTAL CAR (talk about a one-stop shop!) and sent me on my way. The car was done in less than 24 hours AND they helped touch up a couple other scratches that had been bothering me for a while (this part, free of charge).



The light blue metallic paint on my NISSAN ALTIMA matched perfectly, and now my rear bumper looked exactly like the day I purchased it. For sure, I thought the entire bumper had to be replaced, but they had convinced me otherwise!



I'd trust them with my car any day. BEST BODY SHOP IN MIAMI.



I would recommend all my friends and family for any (none I hope) body or frame work.

The Guys from MAGIC TOUCH Was Very Professional, Honest, and Friendly!!! I give Magic Touch my MERCEDES BENZ I had a good idea what was wrong with my car but was skeptical about taking it into a shop and having them find other things "wrong" and charge me too much. They fixed only what needed to be. I also thought I was leaking antifreeze and they were completely honest in letting me know they didn't find a leak anywhere. PHENOMENAL FROM START TO FINISH! I work for the largest insurance company in the nation and this shop is far and away the best I have ever seen. The work they do is superb, but beyond that, their level of customer service, undertstanding people, and going beyond customers expectations is what really left an impression on me.



The minute I walked in the door I knew this place was legit. Ilan and carlos know how to run a body shop. My car had major damage to it and I was paying out of pocket for the repairs--Ilan took 45 minutes when I walked in to call different places to try and find cheaper after market parts to save me some money. I have never had anyone sit down with me before and go over my options. He worked with me on the price cause he knew how hard it can be especially in these times. When the car finally went in, I was kept in the loop every step of the way and the car was finished in the matter of 5 days.
